The boom of tea consumption is continuing to grow around the world. Big multi-national companies are stepping into the mix with the launch of new stores dedicated to tea and consumers are slowly learning more and more about the ancient brew and it’s rich diversity.
To help teach people more about tea, Emma Bridgewater, the designer behind the famous ceramic homeware designs, has created this infographic full of useful tea based information.
It looks at the five main type of tea, how they should be brewed and even offers up tips on the optimum temperature to het the most of each leaf.
There’s also some great points on the seasonality of tea and how to choose the right the to drink for each season - something that’s rarely considered by tea drinkers.
