The creative folks at The Perennial Plate are at it again this time with a video of them sampling a range of interesting foods across Mexico.
The video follows a similar style to other one minute food shorts from the team with stops in homes, markets, local fairs and public transport.
Expect to see lots of corn, beans and some pretty spicy looking dishes - there's also a stop at the world famous Pujol restaurant run by Enrique Olvera.
