Korean rapper PSY has taken the music charts by storm with his single Gangnam Style. The song has stirred up such a craze that a Russian company wants to turn Gangnam Style into an alcoholic beverage - vodka, to be exact.
The Braiser reports that Woobo International has registered the famous phrase ''Oppa Gangnam Style'' in the United States as a trademark for a line of voda they plan to sell in America. Apparently, the company has also filed for use of the phrase to market ''action figures'' and ''vegetable-based snack foods.''
That means you could soon be drinking, eating, and playing Gangnam Style. Who knew a simple song could provoke such fervor?
