Pide dough is very similar to the dough used in baking a more famous Middle Eastern bread: pita. The fun part of making these Turkish flatbreads will be stuffing them with the sheep’s milk cheese. After making the dough and letting it rise, you will separate it into two portions. Then you will shape each portion into an oval disc, stuff with the cheese and fold over.
