We're fairly partial to a nice cup of tea at FDL HQ but like most people, hate it when we dunk our biscuit only to loose crumbs to the bottom of the cup.
We found the tea boogies, as they're affectionately known, over at Sandrakavital, a French blog that aslso includes the recipe to make these beautiful biscuits at home. And don't worry if you can't read french - the recipe translates into English well enough to follow using Google translate.
