Le Cirque's Virtual Cookbook | Video

The famed New York restaurant Le Cirque has come up with a unique way to promote their upcoming book by creating a virtual cookbook using technology by Curiomotion. The virtual cookbook is displayed on a television screen and the pages are turned with a wave of the hand.

Le Cirque's cookbook will be released in the fall. While their virtual cookbook is  innovative, we have yet to see if other restaurants and chefs will follow. Do you prefer an old fashioned cookbook or this futuristic approach more your style?
