Hospitalis, the restaurant in the Old Town of Riga in Latvia stands out for one reason alone and that is because it is a burlesque hospital themed restaurant. Waiters and staff all dress in white lab jackets with the entire building decked out like a hospital. People visiting are made to check in as if they are patients and are then led inside and served by the nurses. Drinks are all served in test tubes and beakers.
It all looks rather peculiar and a little odd but nevertheless what a way to enjoy a completely different kind of restaurant experience.
