Guy Savoy's eponymous Paris restaurant has topped La Liste’s 1000 best restaurants in the world for the third year in a row.
The list which is compiled by an algorithm from 550 guides and over 40 million scanned reviews is billed as the data-driven approach to restaurant rating.
Whatever the algorithm does, it seems to like Guy Savoy best of all, followed by Le Bernardin by Eric Ripert , New York and Ginza Kyubey in Japan in third.
