Asia's 50 Best Restaurants

This week at Fine Dining Lovers we kicked things off with a special celebration of Asia's 50 Best Restaurants which we live streamed from Macau.

For the fourth time in a row, Bangkok’s Gaggan restaurant took the top spot in the prestigious competition sponsored by S.Pellegrino and Acqua Panna.

We interviewed chef Gaggan Anand about his big win and his surprising plans for the future.

In light of Asia's 50 Best Restaurants we took a special culinary tour of Macau.

Our host was chef Tam Kwok Fung who showed us where to dine like a local - from old-school cafés to the best spots for traditional cuisine (which is a blend of Chinese and Portuguese influences).
