Here’s a fun interview with New York chef Amanda Freitag in which she answers five questions from Potluck Video’s Ali Rosen.
Freitag, who frequently appears on the Food Network, discusses her first cookbook The Chef Next Door: A Pro Chef’s Recipes for Fun, Fearless Home Cooking.
The chef says her main goal is “to have people learn how to prep before they start cooking” to avoid cooking disasters. One of her top tips is to get yourself lots of little bowls and containers to stash your chopped veggies as you prepare to cook.
