Albert Adrià has just announced plans to open a 50-day pop-up restaurant experience inside the Café Royal in London.
We brought you news a few months back that there were plans in the works for Albert to create something in the city after it was wrongly reported that his brother Ferran was planning a restaurant in the English capital, now we can reveal more.
“50 Day by Albert Adrià”, which will run from Friday 12th February until Saturday 9th April 2016, promises to offer a unique dining experience that will incorporate the chef’s famed snacks, dishes and cocktails.
Tickets for these meals will surely sell out quickly. Reservations are now open and can be made online.
