Famed female chef, Dominique Crenn, has penned a debut cookbook ‘as a work of love’ in homage to her acclaimed San Francisco two Michelin star restaurant, entitled “Atelier Crenn: Metamorphosis of Taste”.
In a sleek and beautiful presentation the cookbook gives readers insight into Crenn’s poetic world of cookery at Atelier Crenn, including her French upbringing, her love of the Bay and the restaurant recipes drawing on French, Californian and Asian influences using seasonal and sustainable ingredients.
