Artesian Bar at Langham Hotel, London, have just this month launched a new cocktail menu inspired by surrealism.
Alex Kratena, head barman, is the vision behind the unique concept where cocktails are served in out of this world vessels along with imaginative effects that together create a sense of the surreal. Expect yourself to come face to face with a copper ant, a golden box, or a fur covered cup as a mnimum.
"We wanted to challenge ourselves and our guests by creating completely new drinking experiences playing with flavour, texture and glassware" Kratena told The Drinks Businesss.
With an outlay of 145,000 on bespoke glassware it's easy to see how the cocktails rack up an £18 price tag.
The results are pretty spectacular, see for yourselves below and take look at the menu for more examples.
