If you want to bring Michelin starred Indian recipes into your home you'll have to add The Benares Cookbook by Atul Kochhar to your collection.
Kochhar, one of the first two Indian chefs to receive a Michelin star, has compiled 80 luxurious recipes from his acclaimed London restaurant Benares into a comprehensive cookbook for foodies who love being seduced by spices.
You'll find chapters dedicated to exotic cocktails like passion fruit chutney martini, satisfying main dishes like Tandoori Macchi (tandoor baked minted John Dory, crispy bak choi and smoked tomato chutney) and captivating desserts like marshmallow and sugar cane ice cream.
The book will debut in March 2015. You can pre-order a copy on Amazon for $45. Want to taste his food now? Try the chef's recipe for fish curry in coconut milk.
