Here’s an interesting new concept that allows people to have exact restaurant recipes delivered to their door with a few clicks.
Called Forage, it's a subscription-based meal service which provides fresh recipes and ingredients delivered to their door so people can cook the dishes simply at home.
There are many similar offerings but Forage, which has received the backing of Twitter CEO Evan Williams, aims to stand out by allowing subscribers to cook actual restaurant dishes with their box of ingredients. And don’t worry about over complicated spherification, the company say that dishes can be easily cooked in less than 20 minutes.
At the moment it’s only available in San Francisco and the company have managed to work with the likes of Daniel Patterson’s Alta restaurant. Let’s hope the idea spreads to other locations soon, for those in SF, you can sign up here.
