Street Vendor's Crazy Onion Chopping Skills

We’ve seen some pretty made chef skills at FDL HQ and brought you a number of videos to help improve your knife techniques but the guy in the video below breaks all the rule, all of them.

That’s because he chops an onion at record speed using his bands and what seems like a very big knife.

The street food vendor in Delhi is making a puffed rice snack called Jhalmuri - you can see him preparing his mix as the onion in his hand disappears in seconds.

We really don’t recommend adopting an approach like this in your kitchen but we can’t help but marvel at people who hone specific skills like this.
