In recent years, micro breweries have really taken off in India. One of the latest brew pubs to hit the scene is District 6, a sleek new dining spot that just opened in Bangalore.
Located on the ground floor of the Sheraton Hotel, the brew pub was designed to let diners sip craft brew while sitting among the brewing equipment. The eatery is divided in six sections: a beer tank section, a brew tank area, an outdoor zone, a front kitchen and public and private dining rooms.
The elegant interiors are the work of Japanese design team M-style who drew inspiration from the imported German tanks that are the heart of the brew pub. Wooden panels, logs, brick columns all provide different textures that are wam and inviting. It's the perfect place to escape the heat and cool down with a craft beer.
