San Francisco bread pro Josey Baker (that's his real name!) is releasing his first ever cookbook titled Josey Baker Bread: Get Baking - Make Awesome Bread - Share the Loaves.
Written with amateurs in mind, the book features step-by-step instructions with more than 100 photographs to help guide you through a what Baker calls ''a very tactile process.'' The book is divided into eight chapters that will help aspiring bakers learn how to make everything from basic bread to pizzas, pocketbread, Baker's famous Dark Mountain Rye and sweet treats like cookies and scones.
Baker, a former science teacher, says he wrote the book he wished he'd had when he first learned how to bake. The book will be released on April 15th and will retail for $27.50. Swing by Amazon to pre-order your copy. Here's a sneak peek of what's in store:
