The pictures you see above are not from a NASA space mission, they’re not even from any sort of futuristic scientific experiment, they are in fact super close up pictures of soy sauce.
The stunning images were captured by Taisuke Koyama who, using macro photography, was able to capture extremely close shots of the condiment.
Called Crystalised - Melted - the series of images reveal that even something as simple as soy sauce can appear to contain its very own universe when you concentrate on the smallest level of details.
Take a look for yourself, you really won’t believe it’s sou sauce.
