You'll want to book the first flight to Lima when you feast your eyes on the amazing dishes being served this month at Gastón Acurio's acclaimed restaurant Astrid & Gastón.
The restaurant is serving its final tasting menu before closing at the end of the month and relocating to a historical hacienda across town. It will reopen on February 16th under the name Astrid & Gastón Casa Moreyra.
As a special farewell to the restaurant's current location, Acurio and his team developed an exquisite menu that highlights dishes served at the restaurant for the past 20 years. One look at them and you won't have to wonder why Astrid & Gastón is Latin America's best restaurant and ranks 14th on the World's 50 Best Restaurants list sponsored by S.Pellegrino and Acqua Panna.
