Stem is a new design from Quirky that allows people to squeeze the juice directly from a lime or lemon.

Forget twisting the ends of your lemon desperately trying to wring the last remains of the juice before eventually throwing away the rest. This contraception promises to easily rid the fruit of it's juice.

It's a great invention for salads as the even dispersion would be great. We also love the idea of being able to make cocktails, maybe mohito, and spraying the glass directly with lime - a great way to add scent into the mix.
