When it comes to eating out Londoners spend the most, where as people in the North East in Newcastle spend more on groceries.
The study is a nice snap shot into how spending across the UK fluctuates and just which cities people are more likely to dine out in.
The findings also show that men and women are very similar when it comes to their spend on groceries and eating out but men spend on average 300 more a year on takeaways. It also shows that people between the ages of 35-44 spend the most on dining out.
