As if making their own signature ice wasn't enough to set them apart, The Aviary restaurant has unveiled its ''Stalk You Like A Hurricane'' porter which will launch next month.
This video offers a behind-the-scenes glimpse at what went into making the chocolate-colored beer that is made with grilled corn husks.
Watch as beverage director Charles Joly and sous chef Micah Melton travel to Louisville to meet up with the team at Against the Grain Smokehouse and Brewery and the Evil Twin, recognized as the best brewery in Europe by RateBeer.
Together they gather corn stalks, peel corn and grill the husks before making their way to the brewery - having some wicked fun in the process.
