It's often said that you can get any kind of food you want in New York but just how true is this?
Charles Bibilos is a man who aims to find out. He's started a new project called the United Nations of Food in which he attempts to eat food in New York from every country in the world.
So far the adventurous eater has wracked up an impressive 124 countries on his mission, choosing to eat at restaurants, food trucks and carts on the side of the road in his attempt to eat his way around the globe without ever leaving the city.
The rules are simple - a native of the country must prepare the food for it to count, a country must have a population of over 1 million to be listed and any meal prepared inside New York counts.
Charles documents his journey on his blog and so at the time of writing has just 36 countries to go.
