Yet another airline has joined the race to bring high quality dining to the airs.
British Airways have been most of the most notable companies to invest in improving in flight meals employing the services of the Michelin starred chef Heston Bumenthal to help them devise an umami rich menu.
Now Qatar Airways have employed the help of famous chefs Nobu Matsuhisa and Tom Aikens to help them create a new multicultural menu. The airline has employed four chefs with six Michelin stars between them, Vineet Bhatia from India and Ramzi Choeiri from the Middle East are also part of the culinary dream team.
The chefs will help to devise a world menu for Qatar's new Boeing 787 Dreamliner planes which will take to the skies by the end of 2012.
