Actress, cookbook author and former Desperate Housewive Eva Longoria is opening a female-friendly steakhouse is Las Vegas.
Called SHe, the steakhouse for women will replace her restaurant Beso and nightclub Eve in Sin City, according to the Chicago Tribune. What will be on the menu at the girl-power steakhouse? SHe will serve small plates, feature a catwalk, tiered seating, music and an ambiance with women in mind.
The venture is backed by Tilman Fertitta's Landryàs Inc., which owns Morton's and bought Beso last year. SHe is set to open on New Year's Eve at Crystal's in CityCenter with a blow-out party to greet 2013 in style.
Eva, who previously spoke to FDL about her passion for cooking, joins the short list of restaurateurs keeping women in mind. Just this summer, STK in Las Vegas debuted a $30,000 sapphire-studded knife for VIP female diners.
