With a burst of color and playfulness, an Australian duo has created a set of floor installations that are as stunning as they are sweet. Bright, colorful and made mostly of candy, the food art transports you to a sugar wonderland.
Designed by artists Pip & Pop, also known as Nicole Andrijevic and Tanya Schultz, the installation also includes glitter, beads, sand and other colorful objects. Along with sugar and candy, the objects come together to form scenes reminiscent of Japanese pop art.
Take a virtual tour of the sugar installations through the images below. For more sugar food art, check out the work of Canadian artist Shelley Miller who makes murals out of cake icing.
