Cheese Making Course in the Countryside

Southrop Manor Estate in Gloucestershire, England, is offering a range of cheese making classes for those who want to get their hands dirty and start making their own cheese.

Run by Val Bines from the School of Artisan Food, the two day course will offer all the basics and essentials needed before you start producing cheese.

Tasting, making and discussing cheese is the order of business for the event, taking place on the 21st November 2012.

Southrop Manor is an old estate and manor house that was redeveloped in 2009 and offers visitors the chance to learn food techniques, gardening and enjoy the country lifestyle.
