American beauty Maria Menounos has taken to Twitter to share her eating habits and fitness tips. She tells fans that losing weight was never about numbers on a scale. ''I just ate less, better, +focused on health. Fitness is about feeling better.''
Maria is a journalist, television presenter and ocassional actress and dancer but through it all she has stayed fit. She told fans on Twitter that she begins her hectic schedule with a healthy breakfast: ''I love starting my day with yogurt and blueberries.''
Maria, who graces the cover of the July issue of Shape magazine, had plenty of fitness tips to share in the behind-the-scens video of her photo shoot. Aside from showing off her awesome body, Maria talks about her book The EveryGirl's Guide To Life, in which she details the healthy foods she eats.
