Super star TV chef Gordon Ramsay is back with yet another television format. This time the tough talking British chef plans to go behind bars in an American prison.
Following on from the chef's British series Gordon Behind Bars, Ramsay is hoping to repeat the success with an American version of the show.
The show is currently airing throughout Britain and shows Ramsay going into prisons to teach inmates how to cook. The goal is to set up a food business in which inmates can produce and sell their food outside the prison.
So far the series has seen Ramsay and the convicts form The Bad Boy Bakery to bake cakes and breads for businesses on the outside. Ramsay's tough talking no nonsense approach is nice to watch and connects him well with the inmates.
The question remains as to whether American inmates in a tough prison will take kindly to orders from someone as straight talking as Ramsay.
