Oysters, crown roasts, mixing drinks 'old fashioned' - it's all in the Mad Men Cookbook by authors Judy Gelman and Peter Zheutlin. The authors also profess to offer invaluable historical and cultural context for the food and drink viewers see featured on Mad Men.
Mad Men fever is everywhere at the minute with a number of Mad Men food trends appearing all over America ahead of the launch of season five. The series, which follows the lives of a bunch of advertising executives in New York, has gripped the nation and audiences worldwide since it launched in 2007.
