Pisco

0.75oz/22ml

Sweetened cream

2.25oz/67ml

Step 01

Mix Empirical Symphony 6 with carob syrup to thin out the syrup. Add pisco and shake with ice.

Strain into a collins glass filled with crushed ice.

Mix heavy cream with honey and pour on top.
