Michelin-starred chef Gabin Bouguet, at the gastronomic restaurant at Le Donjon Domaine Saint Clair, and guest chef Rodolphe Pottier, will host a one-off four-hands dinner in Normandy on 27 November. Book a table.
Chef Gabin Bouguet, at hotel Le Donjon Domaine Saint Clair's gastronomic restaurant, will open his kitchen to chef Rodolphe Pottier, for a one-off four-hands dinner on Sunday 27 November to a select number of guests.
Bouquet, recently named Grand de Demain by Gault & Millau, will welcome Pottier to the luxury hotel located in the seaside city of Étretat in the heart of Normandy, where the two chefs will combine their shared culinary values of local and creative cuisine, inspired by both the sea and land, to showcase their skills in a unique menu created for the occasion.
