Parabere Forum 2022

The Parabere Forum returns for its 8th edition in Palma, Mallorca, in the Balearic Islands, from 23-24 October 2022.

The global summit empowering women in hospitality will focus this year on the theme ‘Redefining Leadership’.

The two days will feature talks from Cindie Christiansen, Marie-Claude Lortie, Angela Hartnet, Magda Choque, Jennifer Marsiglia, Joke Michiel, Jo Barrett, Trine Hahnemann and Michel Bras, and there will be 20 different workshops designed by some of the most prestigious chefs, sommeliers, bartenders, bakers and historians of Palma and Mallorca.

Set in the unique terroirs of the Balearic Islands, the forum will offer the chance to explore the important issues facing hospitality from the female perspective, and share ideas and solutions on the future of food and the hospitality industry. Expect inspiring conversations and lunches, dinners and coffee.

Meanwhile, the Parabere organisation has announced Ghent restaurant Souvenir as recipient of their Parabere Care Award. The award recognises and celebrates the importance of work-life integration in creating a sustainable hospitality industry. It aims to highlight individuals and organisations who demonstrate leadership in managing the boundaries of work and personal life.
