Gastronomika 2022

Gastronomika returns for its 24th edition with a theme of 'United Kulinary' which explores the culinary world of the UK, both inside and beyond the country's capital of London. With a world-class list of speakers, including chef Thomas Keller, Simon Rogan, Gaston Arcurio, Dani Garcia, Quique Dacosta and many more, Gastronomika 2022 includes talks, masterclasses, tastings and a wide range of events in the auditorium. Running from 5-8 October, the annual congress emphasises gastronomy's ability to unite cultures beyond politics and national division.
