Looking for unusual dining experiences? Enjoy pop-up restaurants on New York's underground....
Anyone seeking unusual dinner venues will be spoilt for choice in New York. So much so that the Studiofeast team and A Razor, A Shiny Knife organized a pop-up restaurant on the L line of the New York underground. In a few seconds, a railway carriage was converted into an itinerant bar, complete with tables and all the essentials for a top-notch dinner.
An event that was planned and executed to perfection for a few lucky diners, who enjoyed six different courses that were served at intervals of 4-5 stops. The menu included foie gras, brioche with port, fillet with asparagus, golden panna cotta with chocolate, for a total of 30 minutes’ journey.
