Virgilio Martínez to Cook with Ángel León at Aponiente
On 31 March, chefs Ángel León, from the restaurant Aponiente (three Michelin stars and #79 on the The World's 50 Best Restaurants list) and Virgilio Martínez of Central, in Lima, Peru (#4 on The World's 50 Best Restaurants list) will cook together for the first time for a single meal that will take place in Aponiente, located in El Puerto de Santa María (Cádiz-Andalucía) in Spain. The menu will draw on the terroirs of both chefs and is called “From the depths of the sea to the heights of the Andes”.
