Addison and SingleThread Relais & Châteaux Collaboration Dinners

On Friday 16 July and Saturday 17 July, Addison chef William Bradley teams up with chef Kyle Connaughton and co-owner and head farmer Katina Connaughton, from the three-Michelin-starred SingleThread in Healdsburg, for a two-night Relais & Châteaux collaboration dinner at the San Diego destination.

SingleThread, the renowned three-Michelin-star restaurant run by the husband and wife team, is a farm-driven, progressive fine-dining destination in California, which combines sustainable food production, innovative gastronomy and Californian traditions to make it one of the outstanding restaurants in the country. 

San Diego-born chef William Bradley elevates Californian gastronomy at Addison, making this collaboration a natural fit and a unique chance to see the Golden State's best on the plate.
