Basque Culinary World Prize 2021- Nominations Open

The Basque Culinary World Prize, one of the premier global gastronomy awards, has opened for nominations. With a focus on change, on adaptation, evolution and reconfiguration, the BCWP is searching for the people who are reimagining the word through their work with food and our food systems. 

As chefs have expanded their sphere of influence beyond the kitchen to touch the lives of millions around the world and help shape a different future, the Basque Culinary World Prize has honoured those who have made a significant difference.
