Paris Cocktail Week

The sixth edition of the Paris Cocktail Week is here! From January 24 to February 1, the festival returns to the capital to the delight of fans who like it mixed, shaken and stirred.

This year, the event initiated by Thierry Daniel and Eric Fossard, will celebrate the art of the alcohol-free cocktail. “I find that we are really late on this subject, it's crazy. Spirit free has been seen for too long as a punishment when it should be normal. Logic. Inclusive. I love it, ”says bartender Margot Lecarpentier.

For the lateest edition of the Paris Cocktail Week, 50 bars will offer cocktails with or without alcohol at reduced prices. Among the participants, there are names such as Candelaria, Syndicate, Gravity Bar or the Experimental Cocktail Club, but also Popolare or Manko.
