Once Upon a Kitchen 2019

Four of the world's greatest chefs will be jetting into Miami Beach on Sunday, December 1, for an unforgettable culinary experience, for one night only.

Guests will be treated to a multicourse dinner complete with wine pairing, prepared by four culinary masters, Massimo Bottura, Mauro Colagreco, Alex Atala, and Antonio Bachour at the New World Center during this year's extraordinary dinner event, “Once Upon a Kitchen”.

Each of the four chefs will showcase some of their signature dishes from their widely celebrated restaurants, like Colagreco's Mirazur, recently crowned the Best Restaurant in the World, Bottura's Osteria Francescana in Modena, Itay, and Brazilian chef Atala's D.O.M.

The star-studded event, will be given extra effevescence with welcome cocktails created by Alex Ott, a world-renown Master Mixologist, the director of Cirque Du Soleil Europe will be producing the event and renowned winemaker Roberto Cipresso will be organising the pairing.
