S.Pellegrino Young Chefs to Cook in Tokyo

All three winners of the S.Pellegrino Young Chef competition, the most exciting talent search for the best young chef in the world, will be cooking at a very special dinner in Tokyo this September, with Michelin-starred chef Luca Fantin.

Successive winners Mark Moriarty (2015), Mitch Lienhard (2016) and Yasuhiro Fujio (2018) will be taking to the stove with Fantin on 11 September at Il Ristorante Luca Fantin at the Bulgari Ginza Tower for a celebration of future global culinary talents in what promises to be a truly unique eight hands dinner.

Fantin was the mentor for Fujio at this year’s S.Pellegrino Young Chef competition, which culminated in a stunning victory at the Grand Finale in Milan, and currently holds one Michelin star at the restaurant, which also sits on number 28 on the Asia's 50 Best Restaurants list.
