Chef's World Summit: The Essential Chef Conference
This fourth edition of the Chef's World Summit will take place once again at the Grimaldi Forum in Monaco. Three days will dedicated to great debates, exchanges and reflections on various topics related to gastronomy and the future of our food, such as waste, local eating and the recruitment and the training of the next generation. The show will also reveal the latest trends and innovations in the culinary arts.
Some themes of the debate have already been unveiled: "How to finance its development? " "How to have a 100% eco-responsible kitchen? And, how to work with Millenials in the kitchen and at the front of house?."
The CWS will also host the 10th edition of the International Festival of Culinary Photography sponsored by Romain Meder, which, on the theme of "daring", will offer some of the most beautiful photographic expressions of the discipline.
Finally, the Chef's World Summit will also be the scene of the Ranking of 100 Chefs, initiated by "Le Chef" magazine.
