Sausage, Bacon and Fried Egg Sandwich

Ingredients
Bread rolls: 4 each
Eggs: 4 each
Sausages: 8 each, small
Bacon: 8 each
Oil: 3 tbsp
Parsley: 1 tbsp
Sandwich with bacon, sausages and fried eggs on bread rolls quick to make with this recipe.
Method
01.
Split the bread rolls. Heat 2 tbsp oil and fry the sausages and bacon until nicely browned.
02.
Fry the eggs in the rest of the oil. Halve the sausages and pile 2 sausages and 2 slices of bacon on the bottom half of each roll.
03.
Add a fried egg to each and sprinkle with parsley. Put the other halves of the rolls on top and serve.
Tips: Cannot be frozen
