Legendary French chef Yannick Alléno will take charge of the Orient Express Train and Orient Express Corinthian kitchens, it's been announced.
The chef, with multiple starred restaurants, is known for transforming Paris' Pavillon Ledoyen into one of the most highly regarded fine-dining establishments in the world. One of the world’s greatest chefs, he is a standard bearer for French cuisine in the modern world, with a profound respect for tradition, and a fearless innovator with creative flair.
Alléno will oversee five restaurants, located on two carriages on the Orient Express Train and on the Corinthian, the world's largest sailing yacht, including La Table de l'Orient Express by Yannick Alléno, where the chef will offer exclusive menus based on the terroirs and landscapes of each journey.
