The Michelin Guide to UK and Ireland 2023 has been unveiled at the Silverstone Circuit in Northamptonshire, in the first in-person event for two years.
There were a total of 20 new one-star restaurants, added to the Guide this year, three new two-stars, while all the three-star restaurants retained their status.
The Service Award went to Declan Maxwell from Spitalfields pub in Dublin’s inner city Liberties area. The Michelin Sommelier Award was given to Tara Ozols from restaurant So|La, in London. The Michelin Cocktail Award, the first of its kind, which recognises the science of mixology, went to Makis Kazakis of Moulin Rouge.
