Michelin Guide Nordic Countries 2022: See the New Stars

The Michelin Guide revealed its selection for the Nordic region 2022 at a live ceremony held at the Stavanger Concert Hall in Norway. There were two new two-star restaurants and eleven new one-star restaurants added to the list.

All four Nordic three-star restaurants - Noma, Maaemo, Geranium and Frantzén - retained their three-star status

As usual, on the night there were special awards given out - Cristina Haukka won the Sommelier Award, the award for Young Chef went to Jimmy Øien, the Welcome and Service Awards went to Credo, in Trondheim, Norway, while the Mentor Award was given to Wassim Hallal of Frederikshøj, who was also awarded a second Michelin star for his restaurant in Aarhus, Denmark..
