World Gourmet Summit 2017 Comes to Singapore
Singapore forms the epicurean hub of South East Asia from 20 March to 16 April, with a citywide selection of fine dining events planned.
The countdown is on to the 21st anniversary of the World Gourmet Summit, the haute cuisine food event that kicks off in Singapore on 20 March and runs for nearly an entire month, citywide, until 16 April 2017.
Promising top notch food events celebrating homegrown talent, plus an exemplary guest chef line-up, this is one of South East Asia's most prestigious food and wine events, sponsored by S.Pellegrino and Acqua Panna.
Singapore boasts a burgeoning food scene and an inaugural Michelin Guide, while also securing three positions in the top 10 of the prestigious Asia's 50 Best Restaurants list, making it an enticing epicurean destination.
Visitors can expect a fine spread of gastronomic experiences reflecting the "best of" Singapore, from special themed dinners to wine and culinary workshops.
World Gourmet Summit Highlights:
Visitors will have the chance to sample special menus at some of Singapore's best known restaurants and will witness unique collaborations between Singapore-based chefs, including:
- Ryan Clift from the Tippling Club and S.Pellegrino Young Chef 2016 winner Mitch Lienhard from three Michelin star Manresa in California coming together for a four hands lunch and dinner experience. Find more details here.
