Vegas Uncork'd Features an all Star Chef Line-Up

Alain Ducasse, Gordon Ramsay, Nobu Matsuhisa and Wolfgang Puck. - are just a few of the guest chefs in the line-up for this year's edition of one of the most famous food and wine festivals in the US.

Great expectations are riding on the eleventh edition of Vegas Uncork'd By Bon Appetit, from 27 April to 30 May, when sin city will become a glitzy food hub as some of the world's most notorious chefs rock into town for four days of spectacular food events.

Tasting series, lunches, dinners and unforgettable food moments will roll out in iconic locations across the city. Here are some of the best bits:

Vegas Uncork'd 2017 Highlights:

The Grand Tasting: The signature event which will unfold at Caesars Palace Las Vegas Hotel & Casino welcomes a staggering 50 award winning chefs and 2,500 food enthusiasts to enjoy a variety of signature dishes.

Picnic in the Park Vegas style!:  Spend an afternoon picknicking with the chefs with some classic al fresco dining from some of MGM Resorts’ most notable chefs including Alain Ducasse, Charlie Palmer, Julian Serrano, Shawn McClain, Roy Ellamar, Akira Back, and Michael Mina plus cocktail making and live music.

25th Anniversary lunch with Wolfgang Puck: Join the chef as he showcases his favourite dishes and Spago classics for a memorable lunch with a cocktail reception.
