From 13–15 April, 2018 the Indonesian island has a full lineup of almost 100 chefs, restaurateurs, farmers, social entrepreneurs and food innovators that are sure to tempt foodies off the beaches and in exploration of the array of delicious events on offer.
From theatre cooking on the kitchen stage to masterclasses and food tours this is the one holiday you can leave with a tan and some freshly honed cooking skills!

Chef Sun Kim
Chef Sun Kim from Singapore's Meta restaurant will highlight the European dishes with Korean and Asian notes that won him a Michelin star in two unmissable events:
1. Kitchen Stage: Sun Kim – Bossman of Bibimbap

In this first demo chef Kim will whip up the popular Korean dish bibimbap, featuring crab meat and salted egg, along with his secret chili sauce.
2. Special Event - Four hands dinner with Sun Kim and Maurizio Bombini

Executive Chef Maurizio Bombini will join chef Sun Kim for an unbeatable six course dinner. Expect a confluence of culinary cultures as modern Mediterranean-European cuisine meet European dishes infused with Korean heritage.

Rishi Naleendra, executive Chef of Singapore's Michelin starred Modern Australian restaurant:Cheek by Jowl which he runs the restaurant with his wife and restaurant manager Manuela Toniolo, will be on hand for two special events.
